Earlier this year, we joined forces with local organisations in Daventry, to develop a plan to improve the outside spaces on the Southbrook estate and turn the community centre into a vibrant place for hosting events and activities that everyone can get involved in.
The people who know what the estate needs most are the people who live there – so a key part of our work has been running a consultation with the Southbrook community, inviting them to share their views and have their voice heard.
We’re delighted with the amount of responses we’ve received through our online survey, which really show how engaged our customers in this area are and how important it is to open these conversations to the people who are most affected by them. We’ve had some great suggestions and we’re excited for the next stages of this work – keep an eye on our consultation page for further updates in the new year!
