A Victorian garment mill in Ilkeston has been transformed into 37 stunning, unique apartments following a multi-million pound facelift.
Rutland Mill, a former glove and hosiery factory, has been transformed into quality homes for rent in a partnership with developer 8BUK.
The stunning apartments are a marriage of contemporary living alongside the Mill’s original timber beams, window design and façade. It also features four beautifully finished penthouse apartments.
The one and two bedroom apartments are available to rent from Limehouse, a subsidiary of Futures, which is developing more than 1,000 new homes to help tackle the East Midlands’ chronic housing shortage.

Rutland Mill is a late 19th century three-storey brick hosiery factory on the east side of Market Street, Ilkeston which was originally erected for C and F Sudbury and later used by Rutland Garments. The building was later converted into offices and a club.
Rutland Mill apartments will be marketed through our commercial development company Limehouse Developments. Apartments will be available from £525 per month and are expected to get snapped up quickly.
