The Regulator of Social Housing has once again awarded us the top rating for governance and viability.
Following an in-depth review of our finances and processes, the regulator has confirmed our V1, G1 status.
Group Finance Director Ian Skipp said: “We welcome the news that the regulator has confidence in how we manage our finances and make decisions across the business.
“By retaining our G1, V1 rating we can further demonstrate to our customers and partners that we are committed to delivering value for money for the communities we support.”
The Social Housing Regulator reviews the financial planning and spending and governance arrangements for housing associations against several criteria.
The highest rating is G1, V1, which shows that an organisation fully meets the expectations of the regulator.
This news comes only a week after S&P Global boosted our credit rating to A+ stable.
