MyAccount - Rent Hub

We recently turned off our MyAccount portal, which was a self-service system designed to make it easier to book repairs without having to contact our customer services team. Our new Customer Contact Hub replicates most of the functions of MyAccount, makes it easier to get appointments booked in one go, and has been used by over 250 customers already to let us know about things that need fixing in their home.

Since we closed MyAccount, we’ve heard from our customers that being able to view your rent balance in real time and make payments online was an important feature of MyAccount. While our current “request a rent statement” option provides information, we recognise it doesn’t offer the same convenience or accessibility.

In response to your feedback, we’re introducing a new service from 8 June – the MyAccount Rent Hub.

The Rent Hub is a revised version of MyAccount, focused on helping you manage your rent online. Through the Rent Hub, you’ll be able to:

  • Check your rent balance
  • Make payments
  • Access your rent account information

You will sign in using your existing login details, and the service will be  available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We’ve also simplified the experience, so there’s now one single platform for all customers to access, no matter where you live.

We’re continuing to work on our new full self-service offer, and we really value your feedback on what’s important to you. We’ll be in touch soon to ask what you’d like to see next.
