We’re delighted to announce Futures has secured £80.6 million in grant funding through the Government’s new Social and Affordable Homes Programme.
The funding will help us to deliver 645 new affordable homes across the East Midlands over the next six years.
We’ve secured the funding through our partnership with housing association emh group, which has been selected by Government body Homes England as one of only 33 strategic partners. Futures will act as emh’s delivery partner for the programme.

The funding will help us deliver 645 much-needed affordable homes over the next six years, supporting individuals and families to access more quality housing across the East Midlands.”
Competition for strategic partnership status was very strong, with a number of housing associations bidding for a share of the funding. The successful outcome recognises the strength of Futures and emh’s development ambitions, proven delivery track record and commitment to meeting local housing need.
