We’ve organised a jam-packed week of events for our customers and the community in support of Mental Health Awareness Week.

We'll be hosting or joining six events during the 'community' themed week that starts next Monday and runs from 12 to 18 May. Including a seated exercise session, colleagues from other services to support your wellbeing and lots of opportunities to come and have a cuppa and a chat.

Mental Health Awareness Week is about bringing people together to focus on getting good mental health, and this year the theme is ‘community’. Being part of a safe, positive community is vital for our mental health and wellbeing, so the week is a chance to celebrate the power and importance of the different communities where our 10,500 homes are.

We'd love it if you can join us but if you can't make it to an event in person we're also running an online group with our My Voice community. Find out all the details below!
