Futures Housing Group is looking for four people to apply for roles on its revamped Insight group.
The dynamic group consists of eight people who give advice to support the company’s decision-making and ensure customers help shape services.
Futures is especially keen to hear from customers who care about housing, their communities, digital services, customer service and research work.
Suki Jandu, Futures’ Group Director of Customer Experience and Assets, said: “These are exciting opportunities for people to join us and provide crucial external insight and views to help us improve.
“Our performance is good, but we strive for excellence and know that we cannot achieve that without the views of customers and independent people sharing their views with us.”
Futures is a vibrant housing association which owns and manages around 9,800 homes throughout the East Midlands – but it is more than just a landlord.
The Group also owns a grounds maintenance social enterprise, called Futures Greenscape; a commercial development company, called Limehouse; helps people with training and employment through Futures Gateways and co-owns a further education provider called Access Training.
