Update your Universal Credit account
Customers receiving Universal Credit are reminded to update their account in time for the new financial year, April 1.
We’ve reviewed rents and service charges so if they have gone up, or down, it is important to update your Universal Credit account to ensure you continue to receive the correct amount.
Log on to your account and report a change in circumstances for housing, including any rent changes, service charges and the four free weeks.
