Update your browser to avoid problems with Your Account
Some major improvement work to Your Account (Futures’ customer self-service area), means that some customers who use older browsers to view the internet may experience some incompatibility issues.
To help you continue to use the service, we have created this table to let you see which browsers need to be updated.
It’s always a good idea to update to the latest browser version as new releases are more secure and allow you to look at the websites you enjoy the most in the best possible way.
If you have any of the browsers in the red column installed on your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer, then follow the link on the right to get the most recent version and avoid any interruption.

Through Your Account, you can book a repair, pay your rent, view your balance and more whenever you want.
You can sign up for Your Account at any time, just hit the button in the top right of your screen from any page of our website and follow the instructions.

What is a browser?
An internet browser is the application you use to look at content on the internet. Your phone or tablet device usually has one pre-installed and automatically launches when you tap a link that you want to view.
Typically, on an iPhone, this will be called Safari whereas Android users will usually have a globe icon which is labelled as “Internet” or a version of Google Chrome.
If you use a laptop or desktop computer to access the internet, this will be slightly different depending on they type of computer you use. Most Windows or PC computers have Internet Explorer or Edge installed when you first boot it up.
For anyone using an Apple computer such as an iMac or MacBook, you will see Safari installed.
Other popular browsers include Firefox and Opera which can be installed for free via a download from their websites.
All of these applications do the same job, so all you need to know is which one you have or want, and make sure you have the latest version to keep you safe and can continue to access the services you need.
