Futures Telecare

Helping you live independently in your home.

A Futures Telecare system can offer peace of mind to you and your family from just 55 pence per day with the knowledge that help is there, any time during the day or night.

Whether you’ve been injured, feel unwell or just need someone to talk to, the team are on hand to help you.

How it works

When you need it, help can be called via a discreet personal pendant or via one of the automatic sensors fitted in your home and you’ll be straight through to our Monitoring Response Centre.

Once an alert is raised an operator will speak to you and decide the best course of action, whether that’s a nominated family member, friend, neighbour, your carer or the emergency services.

All we need is the name of two emergency contacts that can be available to assist you.

*All calls are monitored for training purposes.

Payment is via monthly Direct Debit only, so there’s no need to call to pay your bill or risk any service interruption.

Your package can be tailored to your individual needs, putting you in full control to receive the support you need.

If at any point you feel you need more, you can move to our advanced package and add up to five sensors in your home.

Our fully trained Telecare co-ordinators will visit you in your home to carry out a full assessment of your needs based on where you live and what you need it for. They will then talk to you about the most relevant equipment to install to enable you to live independently.

What do you need to get Telecare in your home?

All you need to have the system installed is a telephone landline and an electrical socket within one metre to start getting Telecare.

Your Direct Debit can be set up with us during your appointment, all you need is your bank details.

You may also qualify for a VAT discount if you have a disability or long term illness.
