If you’re working from home and need to activate voice calling for your Skype for Business account, then you’ll first need to install the software which allows you to do it on your local computer.
If the laptop you’re using belongs to Futures Housing Group, then just take it to ICT to enable the software – there’s no need to download the below files.
This guide tells you everything you need to know, and the below links will enable you to download and install the software required for you to activate voice control when not in the office.
Just follow the on screen instructions to install and run the software and you’ll be all ready to go. Please make sure that you are not attempting to do this whilst logged in to Citrix – install the software directly to your computer.
