New Wellbeing Service being piloted for customers
A brand new, redesigned Wellbeing Service to help customers live independently in their homes is being piloted across two of our schemes in Northamptonshire.
Customers living at Stephenson Court and Henry Smith House will be given the chance to test new services which have been designed to put our customers at the centre of what we do.
Following an in depth review which included consultation with customers currently receiving Futures’ Support Services, several aspects of what we offer have been changed and refreshed in order to make sure we meet the needs of our customers.
The new Wellbeing Service offers support such as companionship visits, help with tasks outside the home such as shopping and attending social events.
More information can be found on this leaflet for the Wellbeing Service.
The pilot service began on Monday 23 January and will run until 17 March when it will be assessed again to see how it’s working.
Customers experiencing the new service will be refunded on any visiting support charges during this time and those paying by direct debit will be automatically credited the amount back.
For more information please contact Anna Carroll who is managing the pilot services.
