What is a ‘Customer Call for Action’?
Do you think a particular service area should be reviewed by the Scrutiny Panel? Then ‘call for action’ and let us know what it is you would like us to look at and the reason why.
This information will help the Scrutiny Panel decide on what areas to scrutinise in the future.
A scrutiny review involves looking at an existing service, reviewing information available on the service, talking to staff, contractors and customers about the service and looking at how other organisations deliver the service in order to identify improvements.
The Scrutiny Panels value your input and this is your opportunity to influence the areas of the business which they will scrutinise in more detail.
Please be aware that customer calls for action are for customers who want the Scrutiny Panels to review an area of our service and not for complaints. For complaints and compliments, visit this page.
How to raise your call for action
Please email us at email@example.com, telling us which area of Futures Housing Group you would like the Scrutiny Panels to look at.
Please provide as much detail as possible including:
- Your area of concern and whether you have already taken any action;
- Who is affected by this issue?
- How you believe your area of concern could be addressed;
- Any names or addresses of fellow customers who are supporting this call for action and;
- Your name, phone number and email address (we will not use this to contact you for any other reason).
What happens next?
The request will be passed to the Chair of the Scrutiny Panel who will raise any requests at the meeting following the request.
The Panel will examine the ‘call for action’ and decide whether it is appropriate to include the request in their forthcoming work plan. You will be notified of the Panel’s decision.
