The Futures Housing Group Scrutiny Panel empowers customers to challenge the performance of the organisation, influence change in strategies, policies and services and to, ultimately, drive improvement.
The panel has 18 members, including customers living in town and rural areas, who meet 12 times a year on a monthly basis, with additional meetings and focus groups.
The panel is an independent, self-directing body with specific terms of reference and areas of responsibility. As well as challenging the organisation’s performance, it also examine issues which could affect services provided for customers.
The panel writes reports and recommendations which are considered by the Executive Team and senior managers to drive improvement in Futures and ultimately ensure that the voice of customers is heard and that needs are being met.
