Nene House closure – some frequently asked questions

On Thursday 31 August we are closing our Nene House office on Sopwith Way, Daventry.

Whilst you will no longer be able to visit us at Nene House, you can still contact us using the usual channels.

The easiest way to manage your tenancy with us is through My Account our self-service online portal.

Here are some frequently asked questions about our Nene House office closure:

How will I drop off keys?

We are currently trialling a number of ways for customers to return keys to us. Once you advise us that you are leaving your property we will let you know how to return your keys to us safely and securely.

How will I make cash payments?

We stopped accepting cash payments in our reception areas in early 2017 and encourage all customers to either pay online or via direct debit.

To set up a direct debit, simply visit our direct debit page or call 0300 456 2531.  You can also manage your account online by registering with us. Just click the “My Account” icon from any page on our website.

How can I report a repair?

You can report repairs by emailing us at enquiries@futureshg.co.uk or by using our web chat facility which can be accessed on any page of this website through a link at the bottom of the page that says “chat live to an advisor”.  From July, you will be able to book a repair for some appointments at a time that suits you. You can also still call us on 0300 456 2531.

How do I get to see my Neighbourhood Officer, Income Officer or contact Monday Advice Officers?

You can request an appointment to meet with an Officer by emailing us at enquiries@futureshg.co.uk or by using our new web chat facility . You can also still call us on 0300 456 2531.

What if I have a form to fill it and hand it in?

If you have a scanner you can scan in any form and send it to us or take a photo with your smart phone and email it to us at enquiries@futureshg.co.uk. You can also send it to us at our central office address which is Futures Housing Group, Asher Lane, Asher Lane Business Park, Ripley, Derbyshire, DE5 3SW.
