If you held a secure tenancy at the time of the housing stock transfer, and have remained with us continuously since this date you may qualify for the Preserved Right to Buy scheme.
The stock transfer date for Futures Homeway Limited (formerly Daventry and District Housing Limited) was 5th November 2007.
The stock transfer date for Futures Homescape Limited (formerly Amber Valley Housing Limited) was 24th February 2003.
Customers with an assured tenancy with Futures Housing Group who did not transfer from Amber Valley Borough Council or Daventry District Council may qualify for the Right to Acquire scheme.
