Lindsey has been Group Chief Executive since our organisation was formed as Amber Valley Housing in 2003. She is a passionate advocate for social housing and firmly believes that providing a home is one of the most important things you can do for someone.
She has been a strategic leader on various boards in her career and is the former Chair of the East Midlands Regional Executive of the National Housing Federation, having joined the Board of the Federation in 2007.
She is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and currently plays a key role in helping boost the housing sector’s profile with central Government as part of the National Housing Federation’s Political Positioning Group.
Lindsey has a wealth of housing experience having worked in other organisations in a variety of leadership roles, including Director of Housing and Operations.
She is also an active member of PlaceShapers, a nationwide lobbying group of community-based housing organisations.
Marcus joined Futures in 2017 from Places for People to head up the Business Growth and Transformation Directorate.
He brings a wealth of housing and development expertise to Futures and leads the Group’s ambitious development, growth, transformation and communications plans.
Ian joined us from KPMG where he worked as a Senior Manager for 14 years. In that time he developed a specialism in social housing, identifying focused and achievable efficiencies for registered landlords.
His private sector experience brings a new perspective to finance and treasury management, funding and refinancing and new and commercial initiatives across the Group.
Suki joined Futures in January 2017 to head up our Customer Experience Directorate. He has extensive housing experience and previously Regional Director (London) at Circle Housing.
He leads the Group’s approach to creating effortless experiences and quality services for Futures customers.
